In 2020, M31 Research sought support with incorporation, talent acquisition, office setup, and foundational systems for operations and finance. They faced numerous challenges in establishing a presence in Lusaka, Zambia, given the competitive landscape and regulatory hurdles. The goal was to create a sustainable and scalable organization that could grow rapidly while maintaining high standards.
NC Advisory supported the full registration process, developed an organogram, designed SOPs, implemented a basic finance system, and recruited core staff. We also established a structured onboarding process and internal policies.
M31 Research was fully operational within three months and has since grown into a recognised regional consulting firm.
