In 2024, EPSILON Sustainable Resources Institute, a social enterprise working in conservation agriculture and funded through carbon credits, required a five-year strategic plan to establish its business model and identify sustainable revenue streams.
NC Advisory led a consultative strategic planning process, including stakeholder interviews, market research, and financial modelling. We developed a comprehensive plan detailing core services, key partnerships, governance structure, and pathways for carbon credit monetisation.
The strategic plan clarified the institute’s vision and operational roadmap, enabling successful grant applications and new partnerships. It also positioned EPSILON to attract investment and scale conservation efforts in Zambia's Eastern Provice.
